Job Description
– Lead in developing and implementing sales targets, strategic plans, and objectives for the sales team to expand the customer base.
– Recruit, train, manage, and track performance of the sales team to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
– Analyze sales data to forecast annual and quarterly revenue, and plan for sales expense budgets.

Qualifications
– Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration major or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
– Possess a car that can be used for work.
